Individual residential extension project is a contrast to the existing structure.  The original structure is a 1950s period style home built of brick and with a hip style roof.  

The extension is built using precast concrete to not only be economically friendly but also create large living spaces and create shapes that are eye-catching features.  Including the large floor to ceiling glass curve that naturally transitions the industrial feeling home to the outdoor living space that can be used all year round because of its extended deck ceiling.
